Managing Meeting Schedules
How to Get There
To see the details of reoccurring events, click on the Plan button and choose "Meeting Schedules" from the drop down menu.
How it Works
This feature is designed to provide a quick overview of each meeting planned. To see the meetings agenda, locate the appropriate meeting, click Actions, select the option you'd like to see.
Click on view/edit Events and that will open up a page looking something like the illustration below.
This page will have each event that was created to repeat. Beside each event you can delete, edit (which allows editing of minor details), full edit (allows editing color, inviting specific people, etc), and also details/RSVP. Simply click on “Details/RSVP” and you’ll get taken to the details page where you can manage that event just like a normal event.
