Hours, Miles, and Nights

Hours, Miles, and Nights

How to Get There

Click the Plan button, select the Plan an Event options from the drop down menu.

How it Works

To assign service hours, camping nights (tent and cabin), hiking miles, or canoeing miles, select the appropriate boxes in the first column of the Advanced tab.

To Record Hours, Nights, or Miles, select the Record Attendance option from the dropdown menu in the Plan menu.  Then select Attendance.

You'll then see a screen that look like this:

You can also record all those stats at once using the boxes above all the names.  That way you don't need to record each person individually if everyone stayed the same number of nights, or did the same thing.

NOTE: If you haven't entered in a default number of tent nights, cabin nights, hiking miles, or canoeing miles in the Advanced tab of the event, these columns will not show up on the Attendance page, as per this article. Also, please note that this will fill the box of every user who was invited, whether or not they actually attended the event. If they DID NOT attend the event, they won't get credit for it, even if you enter a number into their boxes here.

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press "Update" to save your changed. That's it! You're all done!
